Shilajit Smoothie

A shilajit smoothie is a great way to mask the strong flavor of shilajit while benefiting from its energy-boosting properties. You can combine it with nutrient-dense fruits and vegetables for an extra health boost.

Ingredients:

  • 1 small pinch of shilajit (about 0.25-0.5 grams)
  • 1/2 banana (for natural sweetness and creaminess)
  • 1/2 cup spinach or kale (for added nutrients)
  • 1/2 cup almond milk or any plant-based milk
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional, for extra fiber and omega-3s)
  • 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup (optional, for added sweetness)
  • A handful of ice cubes

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Shilajit: Dissolve the pinch of shilajit in a tablespoon of warm water until fully dissolved.
  2. Blend the Smoothie: Add the banana, spinach or kale, almond milk, chia seeds, and ice cubes into a blender. Add the dissolved shilajit and blend everything until smooth.
