Shilajit in a Fruit or Veggie Juice

If you're a fan of fresh juices, you can easily add shilajit to a smoothie or fruit/vegetable juice for an energizing, nutrient-packed drink.

Ingredients:

  • 1 small pinch of shilajit (about 0.25-0.5 grams)
  • 1/2 cup of fresh orange juice (or any juice of your choice)
  • 1/4 cup of fresh pineapple or mango (for sweetness)
  • 1 tablespoon of chia seeds or flax seeds (optional, for added omega-3s)
  • Ice cubes (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Shilajit: Dissolve the pinch of shilajit in a small amount of warm water.
  2. Juice Ingredients: In a blender, combine the fresh juice, pineapple or mango, and chia seeds or flax seeds. Add ice cubes if you like it chilled.
  3. Add Shilajit: Pour the dissolved shilajit into the blender and mix everything until smooth.
  4. Serve: Pour into a glass and enjoy!
